These terms of use apply to backdrop-ai.com. Please read all terms carefully before proceeding. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Notd Consulting AB (Backdrop AI) with organisation number 559417-9359.
If you do not accept our terms and conditions, consent shall not be given, the website and its services will not be able to be used in such a situation.
If you wish to cancel the agreement, you can do so as follows:
Contact customer service by e-mail and ask for a cancellation form. This form must be completed and returned.

The website is owned and managed by Notd Consulting AB (Backdrop AI) as a legal entity based in Halland, Sweden.
§ 4. TERMS OF USE
a) By using this website, you accept the following terms of use and undertake to comply with them. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use this website. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review any changes to the Terms of Use.

Users shall maintain good behaviour towards each other, material from the website may be downloaded but only for individual use.

As a provider of AI-generated images, we process personal data in order to provide and optimise our services. This personal data may be shared with third parties both within and outside the EU/EEA.
We may share personal data with social media platforms such as Facebook and Google in order to create adverts for our customers. We may also use retargeting tags on our website to retarget potential customers. This information may be shared with Google Analytics and other analytics tools used to optimise advertising and measure performance.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that personal data is protected when transferred to third parties. We use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and/or other appropriate safeguards to protect the personal data when transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

This is the case, for example, when the person concerned has already requested rectification, due to incorrect data. In the meantime, the processing of the inaccurate data can also be restricted.
